衛(wèi)輝熔金耐火材料有限責(zé)任公司始建于1966年，1998年由國有企業(yè)改制成民營股份企業(yè)，是從事大、中型電/轉(zhuǎn)爐鋼包、中間包用全套功能耐火材料的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，河南省級企業(yè)技術(shù)中心，ISO9001國際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證企業(yè)。系YB/T5049―1999《滑板磚》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及YB/T14111―2002《鑄口磚及座磚》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草單位之一。

Founded in 1996, Weihui Rongjin Refractory Co., Ltd. was reformed from state-owned enterprise into a private enterprise in 1998, which is specialized in producing compelete set of functional refractories for ladle and tundish of large/medium-sized EAF and converter. We also are a national high-tech enterprise which own an provincial enterprise technology center and have passed IS09001 international quality system authentication and are one of the member enterprise for drafting standards for YB/T5049-1999 <> and YB/T4111-2002 <>.

公司現(xiàn)有員工1000人，其中專業(yè)技術(shù)人員260余人。公司下轄高溫材料、耐火材料、機(jī)械制造三個分公司及原料、化工、生物科技三個專業(yè)廠和煉鋼連鑄用功能耐火材料研發(fā)中心。公司擁有年產(chǎn)15000噸高性能滑板磚、18000噸普通滑板磚生產(chǎn)線各一條，50萬件中間包功能制品、16000噸不定形耐材制品、5000套大/中包滑動水口機(jī)構(gòu)生產(chǎn)線各一條，年綜合生產(chǎn)能力近50000噸。

We have 1000 employees, including 260 technicians. Rongjin consists of High Temperature Material Branch, Refractories Branch, Machinery Manufacturing Branch and three factories which are specialized in raw material, chemical engineering and biotechnology as well as a R & D center of functional refractories for steel-making continuous casting. We have one production line for high performance slide gate bricks with annual capacity of 15,000 tons, one production line for common slide gate bricks with annual capacity of 18,000 tons, one production line for functional products for tundish with annual capacity of 500,000 pieces, one production line for unshaped refractories with annual capacity of 16,000 tons and one production line for slide gate mechanism of large/medium tundish with annual capacity of 5,000 sets. The annual comprehensive production capacity reaches 50,000.

公司同時具備轉(zhuǎn)爐、電爐煉鋼系統(tǒng)全套功能耐材設(shè)計及現(xiàn)場施工服務(wù)的整體承包能力。
